Creamy Ranch Chicken Bake

This is a wonderful main dish that both adults and children enjoy. Serve with roasted new potatoes and steamed broccoli.

INGREDIENTS
3
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut horizontally into two cutlets
1 tablespoon
Dale's marinade
1 cup
reduced-fat ranch dressing
1 cup
reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons
crumbled real bacon bits
3 tablespoons
chopped green onion
DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken cutlets in the baking dish and brush both sides with the Dale's marinade.

Spread the dressing over all of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle breasts evenly with the cheese, bacon bits and chopped green onion and bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is done.
